Premature
Ejaculation & Impotence
Premature ejaculation
is consistently ejaculating with minimal sexual
stimulation. PE is ejaculating before you want to and
having no control over it. PE has different
degrees of severity. In the most severe cases a male
can ejaculate with no stimulation at all causing a
male to climax before penetration even occurs. While
in less severe cases a male is able to penetrate and
perform a number of strokes before he climaxes.
Premature ejaculation is usually found in the younger
male population. Fears of sexual inadequacy,
performance, ejaculatory control, partner satisfaction
and a higher sex drive contribute to the dysfunction.
On the contrary, as men get older they tend to loose
the urge to ejaculate prematurely. In fact some older
men don’t even ejaculate at all.
The biggest problem
that men have with premature ejaculation is having
control over it. Men often ejaculate before they would
like too making the sexual experience less intense and
less enjoyable. Some males who suffer from PE can
delay their ejaculation for a certain period of time.
A male who is able to control his urge to ejaculate
prematurely is able to last much longer through the
plateau stage of sexual arousal. The plateau is
defined is as the moment of penetration, up until the
moment of climax. For more info on the Plateau stage

Impotence
Is the
inability to obtain an erection sufficient enough to
perform sexual intercourse. In many cases men are able
to get an erection but the erection is too soft for
penetration. Many cases of impotence can be attributed
to ones health and even ones eating habits. Health
problems such as diabetes, heart disease and smoke
related illness contribute to the suffering. In some
cases, impotence can be caused by psychological
factors; performance anxiety, fear of STD’s etc.
It is
believed 30 million Americans suffer from impotence.
It is predominately found in men 50 and over. 30
million may seem like an alarming number but when you
factor in all the components of the body that are
involved in obtaining an erection it’s not hard (no
pun intended) to see why many suffer form this
condition. Getting an erection involves both physical
and psychological stimulation.
Recent
innovations like Viagra have made the ailment more
bearable. Each case of
impotence should be treated individually by a
qualified medical practitioner.
